Surah Al Mumtahinah
The 60th chapter of the Quran is Surah Al-Mumtahinah which means “The Examined One” or “She Who is Examined”. It’s a special message in the Quran with 13 verses that provide guidance on friendship and loyalty. To put it simply, here is what the Surah teaches.
Location: Imagine how your Quran can be divided into 30 parts and look like a book has chapters. For this reason, it appears at the end of Quran in section 28.
Length: It has only 13 verses, hence short.
Timing of Revelation: This occurred during one of those difficult moments when Muslims were struggling to survive as an organized community in Madinah.
