Surah Al Qiyamah
Surah Al-Qiyama is the seventy-fifth chapter of the Holy Quran, and in English, it means “The Resurrection”. It talks about the day of resurrection which is one of the main tenets in Islam. The surah has forty verses.
The chapter begins by questioning whether there will be any escape from the day of judgment.
It describes some of what will happen on that day like blowing of trumpet, earth cracking open and people been gather for judgement.
It reminds us that each person’s actions have consequences.
Finally, it concludes by offering hope for good souls and warning bad ones.
